At the Ayurvedic center of Les Bories, a space made to recharge your batteries, take care of yourself and reconnect with your inner self. Here you will find a welcome, access to the sauna and hammam, Ayurvedic treatments: these particularly relaxing oil massages invite you to a timeless experience for the body and the senses. These massages, lasting 1 to 2 hours, are done in conscience.
I trained in India and use energy (prana), traditional Ayurvedic protocols, and oils from Kerala.
Also offers detox fasting cures.
Possibility of stays with accommodation.
