Family property of 23 hectares (22 of Côt and 1 of Vermentino) located 17 km from Cahors on the Causse Limestone, Combel-la-Serre was created in 1998 at the instigation of Jean-Pierre ILBERT, a happy winegrower who is now retired.
His son, Julien, returned to the property in 2003 and now works with his wife, Sophie.
Both strive to improve the precision of wines, trying to understand and respect their different terroirs. The entire estate is conducted in organic farming (Ecocert label).
