This 15th century castle overlooking the banks of the Lot near Luzech has belonged to the Danish royal family since 1974. Since the death of her husband His Royal Highness Prince Henrik of Denmark in 2018, Her Majesty the Queen of Denmark is the sole owner. The estate includes 24 hours of vines and produces approximately 140 bottles per year (red, rosé, white) exported internationally. The castle shop is open Monday to Saturday, except public holidays.
From 01/07 to 01/09 the shop is open every day, including public holidays. During this period a visit to the collections of primitive art of Prince Henrik of Denmark in the cellars of the castle and the park is organized every day at 15 p.m.
