35 km west of the town of Cahors, Nathalie and Robert Lescombes welcome you to Château Paillas.
Located near the small village of Floressas, on the edge of the Causse Quercynois overlooking the Lot valley, Château Paillas produces exclusively Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée wines Cahors.
Wishing to let our terroir fully express itself and preserve its typicality, we have chosen not to mature our wines in oak barrels and to proceed with a traditional and minimalist vinification.
We thus obtain sincere, fruity, supple wines with silky tannins. Come and discover them on our family estate.
Group visits by appointment. Beginning of visit in front of the castle, presentation of the estate, visit of the vineyard, visit of the cellars. Tasting of several vintages.
