Young dynamic winegrowers, Virginie and Matthieu Molinié take over the 33 ha of vines after 4 generations of winegrowers. As soon as they arrive, they take the estate out of the cooperative cellar and create parcel cuvées, which will become the base of Château Ponzac. Plateau and valley terroirs are all selected with great care in order to give each wine its own universe and taste profile.
For three years, the estate has been at the end of the organic conversion, all on 22 HA. The first organic vintage is for this year!
