Domaine la Paganie
Dominique Henry transmitted his passion for wine to his son Clément who today maintains the vine which saw him grow. Both are winegrowers, winemakers and generous. Their 6 hectares of vines are composed exclusively of Malbec grapes and take advantage of the clay-limestone soil of the first terraces of the Lot.
Located in the heart of the appellation's vineyard Cahors the property is at the foot of the picturesque village of Puy L'Évêque; the small area of the vineyard allows them to be reactive: the harvest has remained manual, the soils are worked mechanically and nature is respected. This is what prompted Clément to initiate the conversion of the vineyard to Organic Farming.
