Located three minutes from downtown Cahors, Domaine Rességuier is one of the only vineyards located in the commune itself. It is one of those properties on a human scale (6.5 hectares) where we have been able to combine tradition and modernity while respecting the plant and the terroir. Green harvesting, leaf stripping, control of all stages of the process, from the vine to the marketing of the wines.
Laurent Rességuier, representative of the 4th generation of winegrowers, has endeavored to observe his terroirs and his plots to better understand and respect them, in order to draw the quintessence from them.
These plateau terroirs and their specific limestone soils bring finesse and roundness to red wines and freshness to rosé wines.
