Ferme Fromementale d’Anglars-Juillac / Château d’Anglars
The Ferme Fromementale d'Anglars-Juillac is a national conservatory of the Cot or Malbec or Auxerrois grape variety. It produces Château d'Anglars AOP Cahors, as well as white and rosé wines. Research and experiments of general interest are carried out on various themes: sanitary selection, grape varieties, terroirs, environment, technique, etc... The site has been referenced in the GUIDE DU ROUTARD since 2003. Public reception - tasting - sale, groups on appointment.
