Les Hauts de Saint-Georges – Cayrasses
For several generations, Abdon, Gérard and Frédéric Oulié have cultivated vines and produced wine in the commune of Cahors. The "Hauts de Saint-Georges" come from soils typical of the Causse, rocky and shallow: the "Cayrasses". The work of aging in oak barrels and bottling is carried out at the property.
