Nuzéjouls means the walnut clearing, in Occitan. The village is rich in heritage because houses and public buildings have been completely restored within the framework of preserved Quercy architecture. Nuzéjouls was built around water: an inexhaustible spring still flows down the hillside in the village; other springs emerge below the village and the Boissières stream also passes below the village.
Go equipped with suitable shoes and waterproof clothing, protect yourself from the sun, bring water and find out about the weather conditions.
