Departing from the Lot valley, this sporting course does not present any major technical difficulty. The crossings of the departmental roads require special attention, but the Rauze valley and the paths between the box trees will remain in the memories!

Respect the fauna and flora, do not deviate from the marked trails and take away your waste.
Give way to hikers and equestrians.
