A beautiful walk in perspective that will take you through truffle fields and small dry stone buildings but also in more humid areas.
The presence of a large network of natural meadows, wetlands, woods, hedgerows, etc., gives the Lemboulas and Boulou valleys in this sector a very special natural character that has led many actors to act in for their preservation.
From the school square, head right on the D 26, direction “Cieurac”. At the crossroads, take the D 149 for 500 m, leaving the road to Escazals.
At the next bend, take the path to the right, continue on this path for about 2 km until you reach a small road, (pass between the truffle fields, gariottes on the right) turn left and immediately take the path opposite to the right, (relay), and continue to a side road.
Take the left turn, leaving two paths to the right and opposite. Arrive at the hamlet turn right. Turn left at the end of the hamlet. Go down the road which veers to the left, follow it up to a crossroads. At the cross road turn right (view of the church of Saint-Cevet) then immediately left. Go down the grassy path, go up towards the hamlet of Capy (well) to the D 149.
Go right on the D 149 and immediately left. Go down the valley by the grassy path (gariotte on the right) to the D 19 road. Immediately continue on the stony path which goes left for about 1,5 km. Arrive at a road, turn left then at the crossroads with a side road turn right and immediately follow the grassy path to the left. Go up before reaching a small road.
Follow the road to the right until “Escazals”. Cross the hamlet and at the exit go down the grassy path on the right, follow it until the D 47 (stone cross) turn left and reach the starting point by the road.
