This walk takes you to the heart of the Causse de Limogne, between stones and water.
On stony paths, embellished with gentle slopes, you discover the intimacy of the Pays de Lalbenque and Limogne. You walk along dry stone walls and criss-cross around small cazelles, these authentic Lot shepherds' shelters. After having walked on the GR65, it is then time for refreshment when you rub shoulders with bodies of water, washhouses and one of the legendary lakes of St Namphaise (pond carved into the rock).
It is a complete loop, which will seduce both experienced and beginners.
Particular vigilance is required when crossing the D22, D55 at Escamps and before taking the GR.
Wear appropriate clothing, protect yourself from the sun, bring water and find out about the weather conditions.
Respect the fauna and flora, do not deviate from the marked trails and take away your waste.
Give way to hikers and equestrians.
