The circuit winds through the Combes de la Joyeuse and la Valse and offers a refreshing
appreciable.
The architecture of the village is remarkable for the bolets (“covered balconies”) which highlight the entrances to the Mediterranean-style houses.
Causses du Quercy breeders have built “cabanes” in dry stone. They are called cazelles or gariottes depending on whether they are located north or south of Quercy. Another interpretation distinguishes the two denominations by their location. One, the gariotte, is often installed in the thickness of an enclosure wall or in a “cayrou” (pile of stones).
The other, the cazelle, is a small building
round or square.
