Patrick Delfour and his daughter Aurélie wanted the visitor to discover the history of the biscuit, from antiquity to the present day, through various objects recovered over the years.
The beginnings of the biscuit factory are also traced with, for example, the homemade manufacture of premiers “Maryleine” molds, these being not available commercially. From the Egyptian parchments which bear witness to the making of cakes in antiquity, to the egg separator (device for separating the yolk from the whites), we discover the passion which drives the manager of this workshop.
Because it is indeed an artisanal workshop in question, all the manufacturing being done here by hand.
At the end of the visit we make you taste our products.
