Iron Lamb Producersmiers du Quercy (Label rouge) for more than 20 years, the Fargues farm has been raising a flock of 1500 sheep, naturally, respecting the seasons and the rhythm of reproduction of the animals.
We now offer packages of lambs delivered directly to your home by Chronofresh throughout France so that you can benefit from the qualities of our products all year round. Our lambs are born and raised outdoors in spring, enjoying the grass and sun of the Causses du Lot! In winter they returned to the sheepfold after enjoying the last autumn pastures.
