It is an authentic independent Quercy house located 200 m from the farm where we raise a herd of Salers oxen, cows and calves organically, but also ducks and other poultry conventionally. After slaughter, cutting and processing on the farm, all our production is sold directly and exclusively to individuals (foie gras and canned duck, poultry raised in the open air, beef and Salers veal)....
