Producer of fattened ducks since 1983, we take it to heart to control the entire manufacturing process of our products by carrying out on-site breeding, force-feeding, slaughtering, processing and finally direct sale on the farm.
The Mayne farm now has 4500 ducks per year reared outdoors on 5 ha.
Our products enjoy unprecedented traceability and quality.
In July and August: visits to the farm every Thursday at 10 am (duration 30 hour) with tasting.
