“Truffle Day”, the black diamond of Quercy

Organization every Tuesday, from December to the end of February, of a "day around the truffle" (reservation required).
Program :
- 09:45: Welcome coffee at the Tourist Office
- 10:00 a.m.; Discovery of the truffle in immersion with a professional - Accompanied by a tasting of truffled butter.
- 12 p.m. Free lunch (outside the programme) list of restaurants available at the Tourist Office
- 14 p.m. Free visit to the truffle market
- 15 p.m. Cavage demonstration (search for truffles) with a pig or a dog (depending on the weather)
