Water, heat, movement, a restful setting and a caring producer, it doesn't take much for spirulina to grow here in the Lot. What is spirulina? A micro-algae which is one of the oldest foods known and which is especially recognized for its strong immune, detoxifying and vitalizing properties.
Adrien Galaret cultivates spirulina in an ecological way on the causse of Saint-Martin-Labouval. He is a well of knowledge on this micro-algae and through his passion is fully involved in research for organic aquaculture.
