The Gardens of Mas de Greil
Local production of edible flowers, micro shoots, herbs, lavender, saffron and snail farming. We regularly offer tours and workshops throughout the year, between mid-March and mid-October.
Walk-discovery workshops on wild harvesting, presentation and tasting of around twenty local wild edible plants for each season.
Safran du Quercy workshop, presentation of the plant and its cultivation, harvesting of flowers, pruning, preparation of the spice.
Educational Escargotière workshops, presentation of a breeding of Gros Gris du Causse, experience notebook, fun from a very young age.
