Caterer/Private chef, Mandra offers fresh, local and seasonal cuisine for private, professional services or even as part of local events.
Its centerpiece, a smoking trailer! Traveling kitchen based on wood-fired cooking: rotisserie, plancha, grill, hot smoker and wood-fired oven; in order to be able to achieve everyone's desires anywhere!
A takeaway sale with menus changing every week is also set up on Wednesdays (with a menu to heat at home) and Fridays (hot dishes with a different theme each week).
Menu details are announced every Saturday on social networks and also by newsletter.
