Ludovic and Maria transformed the girls' classroom into a kitchen and the boys' into a dining room. Under the hundred-year-old wisteria or under the courtyard that serves as a terrace in summer, we serve lobster ravioli with coral sauce, crispy scallops with angel hair, supreme of quail (boneless, etc.) with foie gras, or more mango sweets with a runny heart. The cuisine is inspired by Provence, prepared according to market produce. The unique menu offers a breathtaking choice between six starters, six main courses – including many fish – and as many desserts. An excellent master lesson referenced among the best!
