Through manual pressure, palms and thumbs, the Shiatsu practitioner acts on
- tendino-muscular relaxation
- joint flexibility
-well-being and inner calm (notably by letting go of the mind and body, ideal against mental stress)
- a rebalancing at the level of the organism
- additional disease prevention: it does not in any way replace treatment or medical advice.
