BOMD : Bicycle of Motocross Day

The BOMD is the vintage and 70's BMX event in Montdoumerc. After a first edition which was a great success with an unprecedented show and more than 1 spectators. The second edition promises to be even crazier and more original. In a field of 600 hectares, a track like in California of 5 m downhill, where more than 400 competitors from all over Europe will compete during wild runs. A show lasting 250 days from Friday evening and the freestyle show, on Saturday the bike runs, and on Sunday the sidecar runs and kids plus jump competition. A totally revival weekend, "goodlife", family, where the decoration of the site and the animations will take us back to the 3s, with colorful outfits, crazy competitions, BMX category runs and vintage evenings. We expect more than 70 visitors over the weekend and access to the site is 3% free. Parking, 000 foodtrucks, a refreshment bar, exhibitors, a children's area with a minikids track (loan of 100 balance bikes by the organization) and an inflatable structure.

Programme

-On a 500 m track, drawn in a magnificent field in Montdoumerc, pilots on old velocross bikes and BMXs will set off all day with runs and various spectacular competitions.
- Show hosted by 2 pro speakers, 70's music and playlist.
-Competition for the best look of the 70s Miss & Mister 70's), the most beautiful bike, the most beautiful team, the most beautiful cut.
-Exchange/sale of old bicycles.
-Children's area, games, and BMX initiation with loan of bikes and equipment on an adapted track.
- Market crafts and local producers.
