Brasserie Artisanale Ratz
Son of a farmer and attached to traditions, Christophe RATZ relaunched craft beer in the Lot in 2001.
He was able to combine the best of his know-how and respect for this terroir to brew this artisanal beer, an infusion of pure malt and aromatic hops. RATZ beers are natural and unpasteurized. This unique recipe by the selection of yeasts allows it to evolve in the harmony of flavors, over time...
You will be able to discover our artisanal and authentic know-how during a guided tour within the Brewery with an explanation of the manufacturing and tasting process.
NEW: you can take advantage of a 70m² workspace for your seminars and work meetings in the heart of the Brewery with a panoramic view of the brewing room.
Outside opening hours, by appointment. Free tasting for individuals and groups. You can taste and enjoy our beers at the bar or in our Beer Garden area. Our range of craft beer brewed on site is available in our store.
