Exhibitions / Workshops: “The bestiary of phosphate mines” and “The National Geological Nature Reserve, Késako? »
Come and discover "The bestiary of phosphatières", a dive into a tropical Quercy populated by strange creatures. The exhibition presents some fossils found in the phosphatières of Quercy and a reconstitution of the landscapes in which these animals lived... long since extinct!
To better understand the paleoenvironment of Quercy, Emmy Martins, animator of the Lot National Nature Reserve of Geological Interest, occasionally offers workshops to supplement the exhibition. She will tell you about these mysterious animals of the past with a series of 3D printed fossil skulls. Surprising!
Free discovery exhibition from June 18 to July 7 (at the town hall)
