What we need

Ingredients

  • 4-5 green chard leaves 
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1 onion
  • 1 gousse d'ail
  • 50g sausage meat
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 10cl of milk
  • 4 eggs
  • Neutral oil

Instructions: 

  1. Take the chard, parsley, garlic and onion. Finely chop everything with a knife.

Step 2: 

  1. In a mixing bowl, add the flour and make a well. Add the eggs and mix. Then pour in the milk little by little to avoid lumps forming.

Step 3: 

  1. Incorporate the previous mixture with the chard mince, parsley, garlic and onion. Add the sausage meat and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4: 

  1. Make balls then spread with the palm of your hand to make small piles.
  2. Heat the oiled pan (it should be very hot)
  3. Arrange the small patties in the pan. When they are golden brown, turn them over and serve them warm.
