- 4-5 green chard leaves
- 1/2 bunch of parsley
- 1 onion
- 1 gousse d'ail
- 50g sausage meat
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 10cl of milk
- 4 eggs
- Neutral oil

Instructions:
- Take the chard, parsley, garlic and onion. Finely chop everything with a knife.

Step 2:
- In a mixing bowl, add the flour and make a well. Add the eggs and mix. Then pour in the milk little by little to avoid lumps forming.

- Incorporate the previous mixture with the chard mince, parsley, garlic and onion. Add the sausage meat and season with salt and pepper.

Step 4:
- Make balls then spread with the palm of your hand to make small piles.
- Heat the oiled pan (it should be very hot)
- Arrange the small patties in the pan. When they are golden brown, turn them over and serve them warm.
