Winter is the season of Tuber Melanosporum, better known as Black Truffle. The truffle is a mystery but we have keys, clues, codes to share with you.
Through one of our 4 discovery days or our stayYou will observe, will understand, imagine and the truffle will no longer have any secrets for you.
Tuesdays only from December to March.
- For 1h30 to 2 hours, you will go on a guided walk, in the company of Colin, a passionate nature guide, he will help you discover how truffle farming has shaped the landscapes and heritage of the country.
- Regional lunch
- You will then attend the emblematic Lalbenque truffle market .
- By following, you will participate in a digging session (search for truffles) with a dog on a truffle patch.

- Continuation at Jean-Paul, passionate truffle grower by this astonishing mushroom that he harvests thanks to his dog: you will attend a demonstration of digging in your truffle patch, with lots of explanations about the special world of this delicacy.

Stay between black truffle and wine Cahors
A short stay to discover two of the fundamentals of gastronomy: black truffle and the wine of Cahors
- 1 Day: Cahors, at the gates of the vineyard
To Cahors, lunch. Guided tour of Cahors with a heritage guide-lecturer Installation at the hotel, aperitif, welcome, dinner, free evening, and night.
- Day 2: The vineyard Cahors
Guided tour of Puy-l’Evêque: discovery of this medieval town in the Lot valley, in the heart of the vineyard, lunch. The discovery will continue in a AOP wine estate with the winemaker: visit to the cellars, followed by a tasting.Return to the hotel, free time, dinner, free evening, night at the hotel.
- Day 3: The black truffle of Quercy
Meet a truffle specialist in a magnificent truffle orchard surrounded by nature: visit to the truffle farm, digging demonstration. You will close this visit with a wine aperitif with truffle liqueur and toast with truffle butter from the estate ... A real moment of gastronomy and conviviality!
