How to be referenced by the Tourist Office?
It's simple and free ! Contact the reception office closest to you or Amélie Daunac (contact at the bottom of this page), to let you know. Depending on your activity, you will benefit from a visibility service on our communication media.
What supports are concerned?
- On the website from the Tourist Office: you benefit from a dedicated page with all the information of your structure
- In our destination magazine : you are mentioned among the listings of activities and sites of visits (cf. the conditions of publications)
- In our reception desks : your flyers are self-service on our displays (excluding accommodation and depending on your geographic location and customer logic).
Only one condition: your information is up to date on our database (prices, opening dates, photos, etc.).

Have your information up to date, why and how do you do it?
The Tourist Information System (SIT), what is it?
The Lot Tourist Offices as well as Lot Tourisme work together using a common tool: a tourist database.
It brings together all the tourist service providers and their information.
It is updated in real time.
It feeds our websites, allows us to make our brochures and to respond to the requests for information that we send (email, telephone and mail).
This database also feeds other tourist sites: this is called open data.
Concretely, how does this happen ?
The Tourist Office or Lot Tourisme sends you emails each year in the fall to collect information, inviting you to update, among other things, prices and opening dates for the coming year. A follow-up is also made in the spring.
This information is important and must be updated annually (even if it is the same as last year) in order to guarantee our visitors and customers reliable information.
Responding does not commit you to anything, it's free and it allows you to be visible on our various media.
How to update information?
At any time during the year, by connecting to my online space:

- To connect to https://lot.espacepro.tourinsoft.com/
- Enter your username: this is your email address
- Enter your password then validate
If you have lost your identifiers or this is a first connection, click on "first connection or forgotten password", fill in your email address then click on "Validate". You will receive an email from no-reply@tourinsoft.com with a link offering you to create your password.
Once connected to your space, you can view your offer(s). To access the content, click on the photo or on the name of your offer.
Then you must accept the general conditions of use.
Once in the file, you can update the various information, do not forget to save.

They are validated and then published on our website (publication within 24 hours from the day of validation).
