From Vers to Bouziès continue the adventure with the question of knowing if the future lies in the meadow! Crossing the Causses and Lot valley, hikers will have the opportunity to continue their journey through the landscapes of Quercy and meet people involved in agriculture and forestry.
Arriving at your destination, the village hall opens its doors at 20:30 p.m. to reflect together on the changes and challenges of agriculture.

Michel Duru, research director at INRAE ​​Occitanie-Toulouse, will share his views on agroecological transitions. Nearly forty years of research have allowed him to study the permanent grassland system and ruminant breeding systems, convinced that they must be reoriented to provide more service and be better valued among consumers.

The effects of animal nutrition on human health will also be discussed. Author of the articles “regenerative agriculture, the pinnacle of agroecology or greenwashing? » or even “What is the true cost of agriculture? ", it allows us to open the debate and nourish everyone's thoughts.
So he dares to dream of a healthier and more sustainable diet while taking into account our resources; while reducing our impacts to deal with climate change which concerns us all.
