Martin Vanier, geographer, professor at the Paris School of Urban Planning and consultant at the Acadie consulting cooperative, suggests returning to a principle referring to the question of the interdependence of territories and their inhabitants: “reliance”. understood as a process nourished by dialogues which recompose the links of society with the territories. It thus reopens the construction site of what constitutes a system by rejecting the hysterization of the territorial divide which “excites the political market”, and which undoes spaces and society.
