Seminar ideas

• 9:00 a.m.: coffee reception and work meeting
• 10:30 a.m.: break
• 12:30 p.m.: meal on site 
• 14:00 p.m.: team building (fun activities, karting, rally, wine workshop)
• 17:00 p.m.: end of your day

Day 1

• 09:00 a.m.: coffee welcome, work meeting and break
• 12:30 p.m.: catered lunch on site
• 14:00 p.m.: work meeting
• 18:00 p.m.: check-in at the hotel
• 19:30 p.m.: dinner
• 22:00 p.m.: guided torchlight tour of the city of Cahors.
• 00:00: return to the hotel

Day 2 

• 9:00 a.m.: departure from the hotel
• 9:30 a.m.: orienteering in the vineyards followed by a visit to the cellars and tasting
• 12:00 p.m.: picnic in the middle of the vineyards

Day 1 

• 15:30 p.m.: check-in at the hotel
• 16:00 p.m.: departure from the hotel by shuttle
• 17:00 p.m.: start of teambuilding activities 
• 20:00 p.m.: aperitif dinner on site
• 22:00 p.m.: shuttle back to the hotel

Day 2 

• 8:30 a.m.: shuttle from the hotel to the Clément-Marot conference area Cahors.
• 9:00 a.m.: reception, welcome coffee and start of work sessions
• 12:30 p.m.: local lunch (specialties brought by participants and hosts).
• 14:00 p.m.: workshops
• 17:00 p.m.: shuttles back to the hotels
• free time
• 18:30 p.m.: departure from the hotel by shuttle to the location of your evening in an AOP wine estate Cahors 
• 23:00 p.m.: shuttles back to the hotel

Day 3 

• 8:30 a.m.: departure from the hotel to the Clément-Marot conference area Cahors.
• 9:00 a.m.: reception, welcome coffee and start of the general assembly
• 12:30 p.m.: lunch (or packed lunch to take away)
• 14:00 p.m.: end of the seminar
