1924 – 2024: 100 years of Virebent: Cooking classes with Chef Norbert Kong

Lotois Chef Norbert Kong offers us a day of immersion in the world of gastronomy, cooking classes, selection of dishes, plating, tasting of dishes prepared in the morning. A dish and food pairing with the wines of the prestigious Clos Triguedina which will celebrate its 200th anniversary in 2030. At the end of the day, you will benefit from a private tour of the factory.
