Step 1:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Slice the onions into strips.
  3. Melt a little duck fat in the frying pan.
  4. Brown the onions and potatoes at the same time.
  5. Salt and pepper.
  6. Cover and mix regularly until the potatoes and onions are completely cooked.
