Le Petit Musée Personnel de Christian Verdun
This workshop-museum presents around 300 works of visual arts (paintings, sculptures, engravings, assemblages, sound machines) produced by the artist over the past fifty years.
Documents presented in the small shop make it possible to follow the career of the visual artist since 1965 with artistic performances and expressive and decorative monumental works located in several sites in France: mosaics, stained glass windows, sculptural monuments such as the sculpture/wall of Pradines or the “Stèle du 3eme Millénaire” in Lamothe-Cassel.
Temporary exhibitions are scheduled on the site, indoors and outdoors, in the garden surrounding the building.
The artist is on site and provides tours with commentary every Saturday from 15 to 18 p.m. Other individual or group guided and commented tours are possible by appointment. More educational group activities are possible on request.
