CHATEAU du BREL is located on the hillsides of the appellation area, south of Cahors. My name is Lionel SEMENADISSE and my vineyard covers a total area of ​​18 ha.
The estate has three different types of soil.
-Marly-limestone soils on which Chardonnay grapes are planted to produce fresh and fruity white wines
-Clay-limestone soils which enhance the MALBEC character
-Deep and generous sinkholes produce black and powerful wines.J
I practice reasoned struggle. I want to produce natural and authentic wines, rediscover the typicity of the grape varieties with the influence of the soil, rediscover the terroir. Wine of Cahors AOC, local wine from the Lot
