Tatakizomé and cyanotype day

Tatakizomé workshop:
We will choose plants that inspire us for creative research or experimentation. Then we will make plant prints on cotton or linen from the picking. This technique of stamping and passing through different baths will allow the plants to be printed on the fabric. Colors and shapes will then appear according to the arrangement of the plants chosen on the fabric, their imprints, and their tannin and dye contents.

Cyanotype workshop:
A plant, a shape, ferric salts and the sun, will allow us to photograph the shapes of plants on fabric and on paper.
