The cottage is located in an extremely quiet location in the small hamlet of "Au Saule" with 3 houses in the village of Villesèque, 15 km from Cahors. The cottage is located in a cul de sac, not overlooked.
You will benefit from approximately 2ha of pastures and groves as a playground.
The heated and cooled floor makes the cottage comfortable all year round; winter evenings will be enhanced by a small fire in the wood stove.
