Laughter is initiated as an exercise, practiced in a group. It quickly becomes natural and contagious. People laugh intentionally. - without resorting to humor, jokes or comedy. By combining laughter through fun exercises with yoga breathing (Pranayama) and gentle stretching, it increases the supply of oxygen to the brain and body, resulting in more energy. Above all, it offers deep relaxation (reduction of stress, restoration of emotional balance, rapid establishment of good humor) and a lot of pleasure.
