Continue on foot, a walk of about an hour (4km) until you reach Saint-Cirq Lapopie via the Bouziès towpath at Saint-Cirq Lapopie cut into the rock along the Lot River.

From Bouziès, you have the possibility of making the one-way trip by boat and the return on foot by towpath, in one direction or the other.
You will find this "Croisière Rando" at the cruises of Saint-Cirq Lapopie.

Walking tour of the medieval village of Saint-Cirq Lapopie, voted 1st favorite village of the French in 2012. Located on its rocky spur above the river: 13 historical monuments, panorama, medieval history, artists, gastronomy... everything is gathered here.

Walk down 2 km to the bus stop at Tour de Faure.
Back to Cahors with the same bus line: line 889 Cahors - Figeac

Another option, only in July and August:
From Cahors in the direction of Saint-Cirq Lapopie taking the summer line 878 – Cahors > Saint-Cirq-Lapopie > Cajarc .
Stop at the foot of the village (campsite) and at Place du Balat in the village.
Back to Cahors with the same bus line.
